Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or related field or an equivalent tradeoff of related professional work experience. 2. Successful sales experience preferred and or/demonstated success utilizing a consultative sale approach/model. 3. Demonstrated ability to effectively build business and personal relationships with internal and external clients. 4. Demonstrated ability to communicate a compelling vision. 5. Demonstrated expertise and/or interest in financial services. 6. Life and Health and Property Casualty Insurance License during a 90 days of precontract employment in this position. 7. Demonstrated success operating within a matrix management structure, with success in influencing and persuading others, producing effective results through staff without direct reporting relationships. 8. Demonstrated success in leading projects, leveraging personal project management skills. 9. Demonstrated ability and success at negotiating ideas and solutions with coworkers and outside customers. 10. Demonstrated ability to effectively design, facilitate, and/or deliver group presentations/sessions. 11. Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal. 12. Commitment to continued professional development (industry knowledge, product knowledge, working toward designation(s) i.e.; CHFC, CLU, etc. Brad J.
